RECIPE: Kielbasa

Another easy recipe from the sausage family. This time... the Polish Sausage, the Kielbasa. This recipe could not be easier to make and is great "Football Fare" for your next weekend gathering.

2 lbs. kielbasa, cut into 1-2 inch slices
1 12oz. can of beer (any beer will do, but the King of Crock likes to use SHIPYARD EXPORT)
1 jar (24-32oz.) of sauerkraut, drained
  • Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
  • Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours
  • ENJOY!
HINT: It's always nice to have a dark spicy brown mustard to serve with kielbasa. A GREAT brand to try is WOEBER'S ... (their Horseradish sandwich spread is terrific too)
