6 boneless chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic
1 lemon
1/2 cup white wine (dry)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 large can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato puree
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can whole olives
1 onion, chopped
hot cooked rice (I like pilaf)

Salt to taste
- Wash chicken and pat dry
- Combine all ingredients (except the rice) into the slow cooker
- Cook on LOW for 7 hours
- Serve chicken over rice using remaining liquid in the cooker as a sauce
- ENJOY!
