24 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 oz. dark chocolate bits
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cup of evaporated milk
1/3 cup white granulated sugar
2 cups coarsely crushed graham crackers
marshmallows for dipping (CAMPFIRE brand MARSHMALLOWS are the BEST!)
- Place all ingredients (except crackers and marshmallows) in slow cooker
- Cook on HIGH for 45 minutes
- Stir contents (be sure to scrape from side with rubber spatula)
- Cook another 45 minutes on HIGH
- Add graham crackers crumbles, stir
- Place marshmallows on skewers, dip, and ENJOY!
