2lbs. - 6 lbs. of boneless chicken thighs
Salt and Pepper to taste
- Brown the chicken in a skillet (this seals in flavor and purges the chicken fat... and is entirely optional)
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker
- Cover chicken with 1/2 of dressing
- Cook on LOW for 4.5 hours.
- Remove from slow cooker
- Mix 1/2 cup remaining liquid with the rest of the bottle of dressing to make a sauce
- Serve over white rice
