This is an easy recipe that gives you the smoked brisket flavor with the ease of your slow cooker. The critical ingredient is the Smoked Sea Salt. 4 lb. beef brisket
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. smoke-flavored salt
medium onion, sliced
12 oz. chili sauce
- place a layer of sliced onions at bottom of slow cooker
- spread smoke salt evenly on brisket
- combine mustard seed, celery seed, pepper, and chili sauce in small bowl
- pour over brisket
- cook on LOW for 10 hours
- ENJOY!
THAT sounds amazing... this is going into my list of must-tries. We use our slow cooker a lot since my daughter plays softball. :-)
