6 - 12 Bratwurst (those of your North of Boston need to check out Karl's Sausage Kitchen in Saugus... it is HEAVEN!)
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 small chopped onion
1 (or 2) bottle of beer (I like to use HARP)
- Heat oil in skillet
- Add garlic, onion, and brats
- Cook until onions are translucent and brats browned
- Transfer onions and brats to slow cooker and add beer
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours
- ENJOY!
