4 slices of turkey bacon, browned and crumbled (my favorite is the Applegate Farms Natural Turkey Bacon... GOOD STUFF!)
1.5 lb. turkey breast (cubes - 1/2 inch)
3 cups chick broth
2 cans low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 celery stalk, diced
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
2 carrots, finely chopped
2 Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and diced
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cook on LOW for 9 hours
- ENJOY!
