This quick and easy recipe can be used as a main course served over white rice or as a party appetizer with a toothpick. Some variations include using turkey kielbasa or adding 1/2 cup of diced red bell pepper for color.
2 lbs. Polska Kielbasa (sliced into single bite sized discs)
1 can (28oz.) of pineapple chunks (do not drain)
1/2 cup brown sugar
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cook of LOW for 4-6 hours
