2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup honey
2 tbs. olive oil
2 tbs. soy sauce
2 tbs. minced garlic
2 tbs. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
- heat oil in skillet
- combine Parmesan, honey, soy sauce, garlic, basil, and salt - mix
- roll roast in Parmesan mixture
- brown all sides of pork roast in skillet
- place roast in slow cooker
- cook on LOW for 5-6 hours
