1 lb. frozen medium shrimp (thawed)
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 cup of frozen peas
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced sweet pepper
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cooked rice
- Combine shrimp, broth, pepper, and spices in slow cooker
- Cook on LOW for 2 hours
- Add peas and tomatoes, cook an additional 10 minutes
- Add rice, cook an additional 10 minutes
- ENJOY!
