1 jar of salsa (large - 20 oz.)
2 cans kidney beans
1 can tomato sauce
2 tbs. olive oil
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
1/2 brick of cream cheese
Salt and pepper
- saute chicken in olive oil until cooked through - season with salt and pepper
- drain chicken
- place chicken in slow cooker with all other ingredients
- cook 4 hours on LOW
Serve over white rice, ENJOY... OLE!
