2 lbs. chicken tenders (non-breaded)
cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup of white wine (chardonnay)
1 container of sliced baby bella mushrooms
1 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
- place all ingredients (sans chicken and mushrooms) in slow cooker
- whisk ingredients
- add chicken pieces and mushrooms and stir gently
- cook on LOW for 6-8 hours
Serve with mashed potatoes or white rice.
It doesn't say how many cans of cream of mushroom soup.
